US delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days after 1–3 business days of processing. Your tracking number arrives by email. Shipping policy

Is the tether included?

The hammock includes three basic tethers and a carry bag. The Black Dog tether upgrade, comfort pad, and paw washer are optional extras, sold separately.

What if the size is not right?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. Items must be free of pet hair. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer. Return policy
