Our "Direct-to-You" Model

Unlike traditional retailers that ship products from a manufacturer to a distributor, then to a local warehouse, and finally to you (adding markups at every step), Fuzz & Paw cuts out the middlemen.

We have strategically located our centralized fulfillment centers in Asia, close to where our products are crafted. By shipping directly from these hubs to your doorstep, we are able to:

  1. Lower Costs: We pass the savings on logistics and warehousing directly to you, allowing us to offer premium pet gear at unbeatable prices.

  2. Ensure Freshness & Quality: We hold less inventory for shorter periods, ensuring the materials (especially for bedding and toys) are fresh and new.

  3. Global Reach: This central location allows us to ship efficiently to pet lovers all over the world.

Estimated Shipping Times

Because our products are traveling a little further to reach you, they may take a bit longer than a local delivery—but we promise they are worth the wait!

  • United States: 7 - 15 Business Days

  • United Kingdom: 7 - 12 Business Days

  • Canada & Australia: 8 - 17 Business Days

  • Rest of the World: 8 - 20 Business Days

(Please Note: "Business Days" refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.)

Order Processing & Quality Check

Before your package leaves our facility, it goes through a fulfillment phase.

  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days. During this time, our team verifies your order, performs a final quality check to ensure your pet’s new item is perfect, and securely packs it for international travel.

We understand that in a world of "same-day delivery," waiting 1-2 weeks can feel long. However, this timeline ensures that we never have to compromise on the quality of the product or inflate the price to cover expensive domestic warehousing.

We ask for a little patience, and in return, we deliver a product that meets the high standards you and your pet deserve.

Tracking Your Package

We believe in full transparency.

  • Tracking Number: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Live Updates: You can follow your package’s journey every step of the way. Note: It may take 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking status after you receive the link.

Customs & Unexpected Delays

While we strive to meet the timelines above, international shipping can sometimes be subject to factors outside our control, such as customs inspections, severe weather, or holiday peak seasons.

  • If your order is held up at customs, please rest assured this is a standard procedure and it will be on its way to you shortly.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
