How much does shipping cost?

When will I get my order?
Because we ship directly from our global partners to your doorstep, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 days for us to pack and dispatch your order.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped so you can follow its journey.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes.
What is the return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of pet products, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" once the item has been used. However, if there is an issue with the quality, we are always here to make it right.
Will my items arrive together?
Sometimes, to get your items to you as fast as possible, we may ship them in separate packages from different warehouses. Don't worry if you receive one item first—the rest are on their way!
